Read indicator on candidate Emails
It would be helpful if there was an indicator that a candidate was able to open an email to differentiate between those who are missing our emails in their junk folder or those who do not want to communicate further.

limit the address fields
In order to fully utilize search function in Talcura, it would be great to be able to limit the address fields for province to a drop down where the candidate clicks the province, rather than types it in. This way we would have clearer search capability. Right now, it's challenging to search due to differences in format because of candidate errors in entering the info.

My Candidates - add column "source"
If we could add the column "source" to identify if candidate source so we can focus on Cost of Hire options.

Move source field outside personal info to top of candidate's page so when you pull up candidate you know if they are agency person or other channel without having to go to a different tab.

SEARCH RESULTS - add Source field to tabular column
If you would add the "source" field to the table we can see if they are from an agency so we know where they came from and focus on direct apply candidates vs. agency candidates.

Mobile Application
We have a number of applicants clicking apply now from a mobile device thinking they will be able to create their profile from their phone or tablet; however, their application is routed to not complete. In some instances, those individuals never log back in on a computer to add their resume or if they do, they struggle to get the questionnaire link to work.
Many of our applicants would like to be able to build their profile on their mobile device. My recommendation is to enhance the mobile feature to allow applicants to build their profile and fully apply for…

History Tab - Candidate Profile
Could the history tab be date stamped, instead of listing how long ago since the event occured? After a year, the information is no longer valid as they all list '1 year ago', regardless of the amount of time that has passed.

Enable system administrators to link applicants to closed vacancies
Sometimes applicants are recruited via methods outside of Talcura - allow system admin to link up late applicants to closed vacancies to progress the file through the recruiting system rather than externally

On the history dashboard, for "resumes forwarded", identify the posting the posting it is for
Like every other history item, it should show at the top which position the "resume forwarded" action was for.

Onboarding System - Task Descriptions
Hi Alex,
How do you know what Task Tab you are in when the dialogue box is open. We are normally distracted with such a dynamic job, if you look in the orange below the Task Description – it doesn’t give any indication in the dialogue box who’s task you are looking at.. Reports - Job Posting and Staffing Report with Exportable History Notes
when distributing reports recruitment has to provide comments/status update notes. This is entered into the history notes and unfortunately is not exporting with any of the reports. You can hover over the notes, but have to copy and past the notes from Talcura manually to Excel. The source is hidden so you can create a macro to grab the notes.
It's manual and time consuming to add the note column manually for every posting, every week for every division.0 votes
