Mobile Application
We have a number of applicants clicking apply now from a mobile device thinking they will be able to create their profile from their phone or tablet; however, their application is routed to not complete. In some instances, those individuals never log back in on a computer to add their resume or if they do, they struggle to get the questionnaire link to work.
Many of our applicants would like to be able to build their profile on their mobile device. My recommendation is to enhance the mobile feature to allow applicants to build their profile and fully apply for positions on a mobile device.

Indeed advised me this past week that 66% of applicants are applying to jobs from mobile devices. Are we equipped to service the changing applicant?
