  1. Have a way to select multiple candidates to decline under one reason

    I end up having to decline one by one for several pages. It would be great that you could select the candidates on a page and click to decline and a decline reason (ie, doesn't meet minimum requirements or declined by Hiring Manager). No email necessary to candidate but just to make it easier to clean the pages up when we are looking for a specific skillset and the Hiring Manager has reviewed all the candidates.
